Herb infused apple cider vinegar and honey
Suribachi Herbal's signature product, available in six distinct flavors.
Each herbal tonic starts with a balanced base of raw apple cider vinegar ("Oxy" means acid) and locally-sourced BC honey ("Mel" means honey).
To this base we add a handcrafted blend of herbs known for their medicinal qualities, especially when skillfully combined by our founder, an experienced herbalist, Yuki Furuichi.
Each varietal not only tastes deliciously distinct, but each one promotes unique benefits to help nourish and heal your body from the inside out.
As a Drink
If you are seeking a wholesome alternative to alcoholic drinks or a delicious caffeine-free option to tea or kombucha, Herbal Oxymel is the perfect tonic.
The tartness of the apple cider vinegar combined with the subtle sweetness of the honey and the blend of herbal essences makes a tangy refresher when mixed with still or sparkling water.
We recommend enjoying Herbal Oxymel at either room temperature or slightly chilled in order to reap the most nutritional value from the raw pro-biotic ingredients.
As a Vinegar
On its own, each Herbal Oxymel will remind you of flavored vinegar, and indeed, can be used in any way you enjoy vinegar - as a key ingredient in a salad dressing, as a marinade, or as a condiment to boost flavor.
Because Herbal Oxymel is made from raw ingredients, you will receive the most from its pro-biotic benefits by NOT heating or cooking it. We want you to enjoy it in as many ways as you can, so feel free to get creative in your kitchen.

Suribachi’s newest product, this instant oatmeal is a perfect solution to an easy and nutritious breakfast.
Our herbalist, Yuki Furuichi has created each oatmeal flavour with a unique formulation of herbs, known for their medicinal qualities. And each flavour, of course, tastes delicious!
This is an instant oatmeal, made hardy, with 6 different types of nuts and seeds, and flavored with tea and milk powder.
All of our nuts and seeds are added pre-crushed, to go easy on your digestive system.
Enjoy it Warm
For a warming breakfast, simply mix with hot water to your desired consistency. Leave it to sit for a couple of minutes, and enjoy.
Make it Quick
Soak overnight in your favorite mason jar for a quick grab a go meal. Perfect for early risers or for when you’re craving a cooler meal.

Let’s keep it simple.
Our self-care products are small-batch made, and created with locally sourced herbs known for their sweet scents and medicinal properties. We incorporate herbal powders and infused oils to keep our products gentle and essential-oil free. Our goal was not to create a luxury product, but something that could be used every day, by everyone.
Our herbs are wild-harvested, and skillfully made into herbal powders and infused herbal oils. This creates a more subtle fragrance, allowing you to enjoy the soft honey scent of cotton-wood, rose or lavender, without being harsh or overpowering. Our other ingredients are home-made too, both our rice water and soy milk. Yuki, our herbalist at Suribachi, carefully crafts each product with the intention of transferring the whole herb - all of its essence and benefits. And then we stop there. And we don’t add any of the bad stuff, keeping our products paraben-free, silicone-free and palm oil-free.
